Our house is in a quiet but central location in Kappl/Untermühl. The cozy balcony of each appartement inivites you the whole day for sunbathing.

Our village of Kappl offers various activities in SUMMER and WINTER in order to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

As a culinary tip, we recommend Sunshine Catering, where Andreas Jäger, the brother of Apart Sebastian, cooks and will be happy to serve you.
